Does anyone know what was the setlist of that show? |

Dunno if that's the right show though!

There was another Tilburg show after that one which doesn't have the setlist on that site, so it may well be the other one!!

Anyone know where those of us in the States can pre-order the new album?? |
Can't you order from the site (http://www.emp-online.com/) Joana mentioned? |
for those viewing the EMP.com site here in America there is a white banner across the main page that says:
"Shopping from the United States?...Sorry, right now we are not able to send orders to the united States"

I'm also looking for somewhere to pre-order, but in Canada. The deluxe edition if possible! Amazon.ca and HMV don't have it.
Thanks!

Does anyone know what was the setlist of that show? |
I have found this:
"I'm not sure about the order, but they most certainly played these songs: Intro (End Of The Road) - A Warrior's Call - Guitar Gangsters & Cadillac Blood - Mary Ann's Place - Hallelujah Goat - Still Counting - The Human Instrument - Mr. & Mrs. Ness - The Garden's Tale - Sad Man's Tongue - Radio Girl - A Moment Forever - Boa - Another Day, Another Way - Pool Of Booze, Booze, Booze - Caroline #1 - Misfits's Angelfuck - Some (metal-)riff from a new, unreleased song - A completely new song which sounded almost like poppunk - A few riff's of Slayer's Raining Blood. That's about it, I guess. "
I can't remember if this is correct but it seems all right to me "the new poppunk-song" is Fallen, of course.

I just found the album on www.imusic.dk
http://www.imusic.dk/cd-dvd/5099990762505/VOLbeat-2010-beyond-hell-above-heaven-cd-og-dvd
I've ordered some CD's from them a couple of times and prices and shipping to Canada we're very good. (I bought some Dizzy and Tim Christensen) When you buy the items, they come out cheaper than listed on the website. (I think I save the 25% tax because I'm in Canada). Anyway, it says CD+DVD so it seems to be the deluxe edition (the regular edition is also available). I'm gonna wait a bit before ordering, to see if it shows up on amazon.ca. If not, I'll order from imusic.dk

The deluxe Edition includes The new album and a Live in Tilburg DVD.
I'm wanting the EMP special which includes a belt buckle but that edition is only available to those in Europe

If you're still struggling closer to the time, let me know and I'll try and sort something out (ie buy it in UK and send it over, if it's possible)

I think the poppunk song is called 'A new day' .. sounds very punky to me (a little like 'Still counting')
They played that one on Zwarte Cross, check it out on Youtube:
